Game or pork for four or half an aubergine per person
1 jar of spanks Sweet Shallot and Balsamic Vinegar Relish

Marinate your meat or vegetables in a 300g
jar of spanks Sweet Shallot and Balsamic Relish for a few hours or
five minutes (depending on the time you have). Use more of the relish
or add red wine if you are cooking larger quantities.
Bake in a medium oven for as long as required. Covering with foil will help to keep things moist.
The meat or vegetables should come out caramelised and saucy.
Serve with mashed potato, brown rice or a big green salad.
