Sun-dried Tomato, Chilli & Pepper Relish with pasta, olive oil & goat's cheese

Serves 4  
Pasta of your choice

200g Goat's Cheese

1 jar spanks Sun-Dried Tomato, Chilli & Pepper Relish

Olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Meanwhile gently warm through the sun-dried tomato, chilli and pepper relish adding a little olive oil. Cut the goat's cheese into cubes.

Drain the pasta and return it to the pan pouring over a little olive oil (to stop it sticking) and season.
