What’s so great about Peter McBurnie? Well, not only is he a superb chef and an absolute gem when it comes to creating incredible flavour combinations, he also recognises the demand for more interesting flavours with a contemporary twist. In fact when using spanks you could say that he makes a great kitchen assistant, not bad really as he spent 14 years at Claridges before handing over to Gordon Ramsay. I’m sure you will approve of some of his new creations for 2008/2009 such as the heavenly Pomegranate and Vanilla Preserve and the sublime Louisiana Pouring Sauce.
